The everyday combos, under AED 16
These are the quick lunch end of the menu: one plate, something sweet, and a drink. They are priced for an ordinary weekday rather than an occasion.

At AED 11.99 the daal chawal combo is the cheapest full meal in the building, and it still comes with a kabab and a bottle of water. For anyone eating here on a lunch break rather than a night out, that is the one to know about.
The signature trays, AED 22 to AED 135
These are boxed trays built around biryani, karahi and the tandoor. The first three feed one hungry person; the last two are built for a table.

Which deal feeds how many
The three trays between AED 22 and AED 28 are single portions with several components, closer to a thali than a combo. The AED 89.99 platter, with four naan and three kheer, is built for three or four people. The AED 135 platter, with a full karahi, four naan and four kheer, comfortably covers four to five.
Read per head, the big platters are the better value. The AED 135 tray across five people is AED 27 each, and each of those people gets afghani pulao, karahi, malai boti and a seekh kebab, which is more food than the AED 27 single tray. Ordering up is cheaper than ordering wide.
How the deals compare to the buffet
The weekday buffet is AED 42 a head and the weekend buffet is AED 65, both with water and soft drinks included. Against an AED 15.99 combo that looks steep, but the buffet is unlimited and spans the whole kitchen, from the live tandoor to the dessert counter.
The rough rule: if you want one specific dish, take a deal. If you want to try six things, take the buffet. If you are feeding a group at home, the AED 89.99 or AED 135 platter beats both on cost per person.
